Came home, dripped Acid in my ears, watched TV

I’ve had a sinus infection for a couple of weeks now and haven’t been able to fight it.  I woke up this morning and my eyes were horrible and sticky and I felt like I had toothache although I couldn’t work out which tooth was hurting, which I now realise is a sign that the sinus infection has spread.

Normally I would think that the only way to deal with this is antibiotics, but as I have just started a course of strong probiotics (these primal defense tablets) that seemed to defeat the object.  Given that the last couple of times I took antibiotics I had a massive flare up of eczema I am reluctant to take them again if it isn’t necessary.  I rang my healer, knowing she is going on holiday in a couple of days and asked if there was anything she could do over the phone.  She recommended this link on Mercola about treating colds and flu by dripping a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide in the ear!  I have to say I thought this sounded nuts, but did some further research online and found some supporting sites.

So as the title says, I came home, dripped 3 drops of acid in my left ear and lay down and watched TV until the fizzing stopped and then repeated with the other ear.  It’s a very peculiar sensation hearing and feeling it fizz away but not unpleasant.

So I will rest tonight and see if I have any improvement tomorrow.  According to the information I have it is more effective at the first sign of cold / infection than once it is fully blown, so I may have to do a repeat dosage tomorrow.
